1hr 11min lap at Llandegla. Personal best. Was raining and I had summer tyres on, so the trail was slippery, thought it was going to be a slow lap so I just relaxed, and I think relaxing was the key because I beat my personal best by 7 minutes. I think this enabled me to be smoother on the descents, hence faster and less fatigued. I felt quite fresh at the end of the lap. Next target: 1hr 5min.
Also did the 24 mile loop at uni on the road bike over 20mph for the first time this year.
