Cycling
I think I've been getting quite a bit fitter recently - stronger legs and faster recovery times. I got my time down from 2hr 6min to 1hr 58min around the 22 mile loop at home. I would have gone faster except I was unsure about the water situation or the temperature, it was the hottest day I've ridden on since last summer.
